How should a church treat newcomers and people who attend alone?
Q. Should a church act extra friendly towards them or no different? At a few churches I've attended alone and felt almost like I was in the way at times (not sure if it's in my mind or if it's just truly an unwelcoming church). Do you think these are unwelcoming a churches or are all churches like this?

What are the Church of Christ beliefs on dancing and drinking alcohol?
Q. I'm in a wedding planning class and am creating a wedding for a fake couple whose religion is Church of Christ. I have heard that these members are not permitted to dance or consume alcohol. Is this true?

A. Yes its true. Below are some articles that deal with drinking and dancing. Also, if you are planning a wedding, you should be aware of the issue of instrumental music. Many that do not allow instruments during a wedding will allow recordings… [cont.]
