Is there and excersice that makes your breast perkier? Or is there some way to prevent sagging?
Q. So my breast arent sagging just yet, but I cant rest my chin on them like I could in high school, so is their a excersice that makes them perk up? or is there any way to prevent sagging, I know running will play a role in that, wich sucks because I run a lot, and since I got breast I never went with out a bra, its to painful. If you know of anything that doesnt suggest surgery I'm all for it! Thanks!

A. one, you can work on your pectoral muscles, but honestly, that doesn't do much of anything about your actual breast tissue. breast tissue changes because you get pregnant (even if you never give birth), by breast-feeding, and by genetics. other than never getting pregnant, there really isn't anything you can do about it. (and i've read that bras don't do anything at all, except make things look better from outside your shirt and possibly cut off proper fluid transfer--blood, lymph--if they're too tight.)

Im 18 and they look a lil hangy but i think its normal cause they are so big. what are some tips in how i lose weight so they dont sag.

A. I d suggest adding some exercises to your daily exercise routine to tighten your pectoral muscles. By working on your pecs, you can tighten your breasts to help prevent sagging. Swimming is a fun way to cool off on hot days, but it also works your pectoral muscles underneath your breasts. You can also firm up your pectoral muscles by doing pushups, forearm pulls or use balance balls. If you d like to read more about natural ways to tighten your breast, you can read more here: The article discusses seven natural and healthy ways to tighten your chest area! Hope this helps!

How to prevent sagging skin during weight loss?
Q. I've been trying to lose weight the past few months and i've noticed a difference...but i'm worried that i'll end up getting saggy skin. any tips?

A. Sagging skin happens when you lose too much weight too fast. If you're only losing a few pounds a week, your skin is able to adjust slowly along with your body. Use lots of vitamin E based moisturizer as well to keep your skin nice and elastic. Good luck!

What's the best bra type/ brand/ etc to prevent Sagging/ Drooping?
Q. I'm only 18 and I feel that they droop too much for my age. What's the best support system available in bras? P.S. I'm afraid of working out the chest area b/c I assume that it would eat up the nice fat there y'know. If working 'em out would make them look bigger, I'd consider it.

Does sleeping with your bra on prevent sagging of the breasts?
Q. I have heard this from my other large breasted friends worried about sagging later on in life...is there any truth to this? I once heard Marilyn Monroe give this advice too...any advice??
Asked by Just Wondering... - Thu Jul 23 06:34:56 2009 - - 7 Answers - 0 Comments
A. No! That is one of those old wives tales. I have large ones and I have had them seen teens, and I always sleep with a bra since it hurts not to. Gravity makes your boobs sag. When you have big breast, your breast are going to sag, there is no way getting around that. They have to have some place to go. I don't know about Marilyn M but, when I see any of her pix, she didn't seem to have large breast, so my question to that would be, how would she know?! All those tricks to make your large breast not sag will not work, pulling the bra tighter, wearing smaller size, etc...won't work. The breast have to go some place, and if it is heavy, it must go downward, anyway, hope this answers your question and was helpful

How can you prevent your breasts from sagging?
Q. Is there any way? I only wear a bra a few hours a day when I'm in public, but other than that I don't. I'm noticed some sagging, is there any way to prevent this? Will wearing a sports bra more help with this? Or will i just have to always wear a push up bra? Thanks for the help. SERIOUS answers please. I'm not looking to lose weight, if anything I'd like my breasts bigger!

A. sagging or perky... will depend on your Coopers ligaments which hold up the breast tissue... and they are genetically predetermined. However, support the breasts with good bra to prevent stretching of the ligaments AND work out your pec muscles under the breast to make them appear larger and firmer.

What's the best way to prevent a sagging belly?
Q. Hello, After my first child was born, it took 2 years to lose all the weight. But the skin on the lower part of my belly stayed loose, sagging, and wrinkled. Because of this, I had a really hard time finding pants that fit because my belly would "hang over" the waist of my pants. If I bought larger waisted pants to fit over my sagging belly, they would eventually slide down and once again rest below the sagging belly. Now I'm pregnant with baby #2 and I'm carrying low (1st baby was also low). I can see that this problem is going to continue again because my very pregnant belly is sagging. What can I do (plan to do) to make sure that when I lose the weight this time, my belly will move back up to its original location and the skin… [cont.]

does wearing a bra cause or prevent sagging?

A. Okay for all of you that said wearing a bra prevents sagging, you are leading this poor girl on. Wearing a bra prevents sagging WHILE you are wearing it but does nothing permanently. Actually it is even said that wearing a bra could CAUSE sagging. The reasoning behind this is... "However, there is some support for the idea that breasts in bras actually sag more (when bra is taken off). How could that be since the main idea of bras is to lift the breasts upward? The main idea is that the ligaments which support breasts in normal circumstances, would atrophy (get thinner and weaker) when breasts are immobilized within bras and don't have to bear their own weight." How to prevent sagging breasts?
Q. My breast are saggy and I haven't even had any kids yet. Apparently push ups is a good exercise for toning the breast muscles
Asked by NONAME - Fri Mar 5 05:11:04 2010 - - 11 Answers - 0 Comments
A. I've looked into this a bit. Apparently you should: Wear a really well fitting bra, especially when exercising (get it professionally fitted if you can), but make sure you give your breasts some time free from it (studies have shown that not wearing a bra 24/7 lets your muscles adapt to supporting themselves so they don't rely on the bra and flop all over the place without it) Do exercises which develop the chest muscles Avoid fluctuating weight (also note that larger breasts will naturally sag a lot more than smaller ones - it's just gravity!)

A. Great question. You are preparing for the big jump to health and it is an adventure, a journey with traps and challenges. Al lI can say is: it is a journey worth taking. Used to be obese myself. But go have a look at this and let your jaw drop and your eyballs pop out: see link in sources. Amazing what the human body can do! It is about breaking bad habits and replacing them with good ones, ... SLOWLY. Give yourself time. It took me two and a half years to go from obese to normal again. For the muscle question, no doubt about it, you need someone who knows what he's talking about. This will set you back a small fee, but at least you know it comes from someone who knows: Good luck!

How do I prevent the material on the back of my bathing suit bottoms from sagging?
Q. So I had to throw out my last bathing suit because the bottoms, the fabric with the pattern started to SAG. it looked like I pooped my pants! How can I prevent my bathing suit from doing that? I just bought a really expensive Roxy one and I want to take good care of it. Thank you

A. Don't sit on the edge of a pool if it's made of cement. It's too rough on the fabric. Try to sit on a chair or anything soft. And after use always rinse the bathing suit well. it will last longer that way.

A. Breastfeeding isn't what makes your boobs sag. The pregnancy itself does because your chest gets larger to prepare them for milk production. The best and pretty much only thing you can do is wear a very good and supportive bra to keep them supported and use a rich vitamin A and E lotion on them everyday to help the elasticicty in the skin so they don't stretch out as much. I've BF both my boys and my boobs still look good so no, you can keep them looking good if you take good care of them even if you breastfeed.
